OPTION 5

75% deposit within 90 days of reservation
* Clients will receive free legal services, air conditioning and quality furniture pack along with a 2% discount off the purchase price.

OPTION 6

100% balance within 90 days or reservation
* Clients will receive free legal services, air conditioning and quality furniture pack along with a 5% discount off the purchase price.

IF YOU HAVE FUNDS AVAILABLE TO YOU PRIOR TO THE 12 WEEK DEPOSIT DEADLINE WE ARE ABLE TO OFFER THE FOLLOWING DISCOUNT FOR PROMPT PAYMENT TO US.

3 – 6 weeks after reservation 1%
6 – 9 weeks after reservation 0.5%
9 – 12 weeks after reservation NIL

Please note that the discount option above will apply to any monies paid to us within the chosen timescale.
Eg: Option 4 chosen – 50% to be paid within 0 – 3 weeks = 2% discount. If 25% is paid within 0 – 3 weeks a 2% discount will be given, if a further 25% is paid within 3 – 6 weeks a 1% discount will be given.
